Job Description

Key Responsibilities      : 
•    To assist & treat AYA BO as Distributor to smoothly run daily eMoney disbursement to all Branches.
•    To support to all Branch as AYAPay Agent Network Center for all cases & issues related to AYAPay.
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•    Coordinate to solve timely about issues of Distributor Web Portal between AYA BO & Dev. Team
•    Identify and assess their operational needs to achieve satisfaction
•    Build sustainable and trusted relationships through open and interactive communication
•    Provide accurate  and completely update info of AYAPay Product & Service to AYA BO & Branches
•    Keep records and tracks of customer complaints, feedback & their interactions of each regions.
•    Take payment information and other pertinent information

Experiences and Educational Requirements: 
•    Experienced or fresher’s can apply
•    Understanding of financial products, services, and policies
•    Proficiency CRM software, typing speed and MS office packages
•    Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
•    Strong time management and decision making skills
•    Adaptability and accountability
