Key Areas of Accountability:
•    Responsible to acquire, activate and grow consumers, agents and merchants of AYA Pay
•    Working closely with Divisions and zones to enlarge the agents and merchants portfolio
•    Understanding the market situations and report to the management with suggestions accordingly
•    Iteration of the strategies based on different market segments

Skills and Competencies Requirements:
•    Ability to operate independently with agile culture
•    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Exposure to Mobile Money Industry
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication skills

Experiences and Educational Requirements:

•    1-2 years of relevant working experience
•    Bachelor Degree or Degree in Management or Marketing
