Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
•    This role reports to Campaign Section Head of Marketing Department. It is required to set specific marketing goals for online and offline channels; design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
•    Analyze sales and marketing metrics and Forecast market trends
•    Research market to identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our services
•    Address advertising needs and ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
•    Look into regular customer feedback reports and use to ensure customer satisfaction
•    Liaise with internal teams and ensure branding efforts align with business objectives
•    Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
•    Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
•    Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
•    Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
•    Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
•    Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
•    Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Job Specification

Requirements and Qualifications
•    Proven work experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager for more than 4+ years with BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
•    Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
•    Familiarity with CRM, SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
•    Demands for excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Myanmar
•    Strong analytical skills and team management skills
